The Long Weekend

The entire Loft is yours from Friday at noon through Saturday at 10 pm. Plenty of time for setup, preparation, rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

All wedding packages include:

  • Custom wood tables and Chiavari chairs for up to 30 guests.

  • Private restroom.

  • Furnished outdoor balcony.

  • Kitchenette and coffee bar.

  • Kids’ playroom.

  • Dressing room.

  • One free hour of coordination and planning assistance.

Add-ons & Tableware

Standard tableware package

  • $14.00 per person for the duration of your reception, up to 45 people.

  • Includes dinner plate, appetizer plate, silverware, two glassware options, cloth napkins.

  • Buffet-style service.

  • Price includes cleanup of dishwares, linen and food/beverage refuse.

Premium tableware package

  • $20.00 per person for the duration of your event, six to 30 people.

  • All tableware for up to 30 included.  Tableware includes dinner plate and appetizer plate, silverware, water glass, choice of second glass (champagne, wine or Moscow mule mugs), cloth napkins and napkin ring in a variety of colors and styles, and basic table decor (table runner(s), candles, chargers or placemats). A variety of color themes and styles are available and we will work with you to customize the perfect look for your event.

  • Full table setup and decoration included, as well as cleanup of dishwares, linen and food/beverage refuse.

Coordination & Planning

We are happy to help coordinate all or part of your special day. Vendor recommendations and communication, decoration, rehearsal and day-of-ceremony logistics — we can do it all. Coordination services begin at $40.00 per hour.
